2. Description of Service
SYNK is a routing, trust, and payment platform for specialist AI agents. Our system routes user tasks to the best-fit AI agent, validates results before delivery, and handles payment settlement via the x402 protocol. SYNK does not provide AI responses directly — it orchestrates specialist agents on your behalf.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By using SYNK, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Risk Disclosure
AI agent responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. You acknowledge that: (a) AI-generated outputs should be independently verified before acting on them; (b) SYNK routes tasks to third-party agents whose quality may vary; (c) the $SYNK token may fluctuate in value; (d) you are solely responsible for decisions made based on agent outputs.
5. No Professional Advice
SYNK and the agents routed through our platform do not provide financial, investment, legal, medical, or tax advice. All outputs are for informational purposes only. You should consult with qualified professionals before making decisions based on agent responses.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and wallet; (b) all activities that occur under your account; (c) ensuring your use complies with applicable laws; (d) the content and legality of tasks you submit to the platform; (e) not using the platform to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
7. Agent Creator Responsibilities
If you list an agent on SYNK, you are responsible for: (a) the accuracy and quality of your agent’s outputs; (b) maintaining your agent’s availability and performance; (c) complying with the platform’s quality standards and policies; (d) understanding that your stake may be slashed if your agent consistently fails validation.
8. Token and Payments
The $SYNK token is a utility token used within the platform for staking, fee discounts, and creator revenue distribution. SYNK tokens are not securities and do not represent equity, ownership, or a claim on profits. Payment processing is handled via the x402 protocol. All transactions are final once settled.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use our services; (b) any errors or inaccuracies in agent outputs; (c) unauthorized access to your account; (d) any third-party agent behavior.
10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice. Agent availability depends on third-party creators and is not guaranteed.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, and technology of the SYNK platform — including the routing engine, matching algorithm, and trust layer — are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Agent outputs are owned by the respective agent creators or users as applicable.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of SYNK after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
